XEOX Remote offers three distinct modes, each enabling different types of interaction with the selected device. These modes are:

[Remote Support](#39f57913cda583d895ee011ae5e53d52)[Remote Desktop](#74757913cda583d8824a81e72ab23edc)[Terminal](#e2f57913cda582b4b82e815fe874f61a)

## Remote Support

Allows you to provide support to a user that is currently logged onto the device. To use this mode, simply select the user you want to support from the user dropdown menu and click **Start**. XEOX Remote is then started on the machine and the selected user is prompted to either share his screen or give you full access to his machine.
